Account & Registration

7thb account registration can be completed in under three minutes. Click the button Register at the top of the page, enter an active Malaysian phone number, set your username and password, then verify your identity via the OTP code sent to your phone number. Once verified, your account is immediately active and ready to use. You must be 18 years of age or older to register.

The identity verification (KYC) process at 7thb is typically completed within 30 minutes to 2 business hours. You will need to upload a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back — along with a selfie holding your identity card. Clear, unblurred documents speed up the process. KYC verification only needs to be completed once and allows you to make withdrawals without any restrictions.

No, each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple accounts are a violation of 7thb's terms of service and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and credit balances forfeited. If you are experiencing issues with an existing account, please contact our support team for help recovering your account.

Changing your phone number requires additional identity verification for security purposes. Log in to your account, go to Profile Settings and select "Change Phone Number". You will need to verify your identity via OTP sent to your old number and then to your new number. If your old number is no longer active, contact our live chat support with your identification document for manual processing.

Account suspension can happen for several reasons — suspicious login attempts, incomplete KYC verification, or activity that violates our terms of service. Contact our live chat support team with your username and we'll review your account status and advise on the next steps within 30 minutes.

Deposit

7thb accepts a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including FPX (internet bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank) and USDT cryptocurrency. All methods are processed instantly and your account balance will be updated in under a minute.

The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods. The maximum limit depends on your chosen method — FPX bank transfers allow up to RM30,000 per transaction, while eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay are subject to their respective wallet limits. There is no daily limit for VIP members who have completed full KYC verification.

In most cases, deposits are credited automatically within seconds. Occasionally, technical delays from the bank or payment provider may slow the process by up to 10–15 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 15 minutes, contact our live chat support and include your payment proof (receipt screenshot), transaction reference number and the amount deposited.

7thb does not charge any processing fees for deposits. You receive the full amount you deposit into your gaming account. However, some banks or eWallet providers may impose a small transaction fee on their end — this is outside 7thb's control. We recommend checking with your payment provider before making a deposit.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts are processed within 15 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals to eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay are typically even faster — between 5 and 10 minutes. USDT withdrawals take between 15 and 30 minutes depending on blockchain network congestion at the time.

The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per request. The maximum daily withdrawal for a standard account is RM50,000. For Platinum VIP members and above, the daily limit can be increased upon request. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawals may be rejected for several reasons: incomplete KYC verification, unmet wagering requirements for bonuses, incomplete or mismatched bank account details, or suspicious activity under investigation. Check the "Withdrawal History" section in your account for more detailed information on the reason for rejection.

Withdrawal requests still showing a "Processing" status can be cancelled from the Withdrawal History page in your account. However, once the status changes to "Approved" or "Sent", cancellation is no longer possible.
