7thb Terms and Conditions You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 7thb through the official website 7thb.vin or our mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes full effect from the moment you first use our platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the 7thb platform immediately. Continued use of any of our services following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use the 7thb platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority under the laws of your local jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not on any list of persons prohibited from using online betting services under applicable local laws.
• You do not have any gambling addiction issues that are currently under treatment or have been recognised by a certified medical body.
• The funds you use for betting are your own and are not proceeds from any illegal activity.

7thb reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot verify eligibility will be suspended until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 7thb platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. The identity verification (KYC) process will be carried out by our team and is typically completed within four business hours. Documents that may be required include a valid national ID, passport, or driver's license.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

7. User Conduct

• Using offensive language, threats, or harassment towards support staff or other users.
• Attempting to access another user's account or the platform's internal systems without authorisation.

7thb continuously monitors all activity on the platform. Any suspicious behaviour will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

7thb reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions, fraud, misconduct, or activities that compromise the integrity of the platform.

In the event of account closure due to a user violation, 7thb reserves the right to hold the remaining funds in that account until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms misconduct, 7thb reserves the right to forfeit the relevant balance.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal within seven business days of the request being received and verified, subject to the following conditions:

• No active bonus currently under a rollover period.
• No investigation currently in progress on the account in question.
• All identity verification requirements have been fully met.

9. Limitation of Liability
